What is the 4XTRON PS5?

The 4XTRON PS5 is a digital screen printing machine designed for educational institutions, DIY creators, and small studios.

Without the need for photosensitive emulsions, darkrooms, or processing rooms, the PS5 can directly transfer your designs from your computer to a pre-coated screen via USB. Creating an A4-sized screen typically takes only 90 seconds to 3 minutes, allowing you to complete the entire process from concept to printable screen in a single class, workshop, or production session.

The all-dry screen printing process means no darkrooms, no chemicals, and no wastewater treatment. This makes the PS5 particularly suitable for classrooms, home studios, and small production spaces where traditional screen printing equipment is unsuitable.

How the 4XTRON PS5 Works

Loading Your Design

Prepare your design on your Windows computer (BMP/PNG/JPG format or a 600 dpi bitmap exported from vector software), then send it to the PS5 as you would a regular print job.

Quick Screen Stretching

Screen stretching is achieved in seconds using a dedicated 4XTRON wooden frame and pre-coated screen. No special tools or professional skills are required.

Digital Screen Printing

Thermal imaging printheads transfer digital designs onto dedicated screen master materials in about 90 seconds—no emulsion coating, film positives, or washout required

Print Your Designs

Mount the finished screen onto a printing press or frame, then print on materials such as T-shirts, tote bags, and art paper using water-based or plastisol inks as needed.
