This policy applies to shipments to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Singapore, the Philippines, Norway, and Colombia.
After you successfully place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order information confirmed. When your order is shipped out, you will receive a Shipment Notification email as well with your order number, shipping information, and parcel tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
You can track your order directly via the Shipment Notification email or by visiting your order history in the Account Center. Alternatively, you may track your order HERE ( )It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating and so on will be notified to you in real time by email as well.

All orders placed through the 4XTRON store are charged in US Dollars (USD). Please note that your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee if your card’s billing currency is different.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
We can ship orders to Asia/North America/South America/Africa/Europe/Oceania:(extra charges may apply). You may determine shipping rates to your destination at the checkout page.
Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us at sales@4xtron.com within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
As our screen printer machines are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, 4XTRON will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
